David Valeo - Director
David’s introduction to the aviation industry came when he obtained his Private Pilot’s Licence in 2006, commencing work with a major aviation ground support company in Sydney that same year. David’s rapid progression to management status can be attributed towards his keen eye for business opportunities and ability to establish strong and unique relationships with key stakeholders. As the Operations Manager of one of the Southern Hemisphere’s premier FBOs, David was responsible for ensuring efficient business operations, employee safety, and the satisfaction of VVIP clients who have included many of the world’s elite. Individual recognition from the White House for leadership roles in APEC 2007, AUSMIN 2010 and AUSMIN 2012 are highlights in David’s career to date. More recently, under the banner of Aero Adapt, David successfully led the team in the facilitation of the Talisman Sabre 2013 joint Military Exercise through Australian Civilian Ports. In his spare time David is known to be simultaneously trying to play his guitar whilst watching the football, with a side of motorsport and monitoring the development of his master stock.
Danny Senecky - Director
Danny’s aviation experience includes a variety of positions held within a number of major aviation companies in Australia. He has also obtained a Private Pilot’s Licence, and spent time working within the marketing and advertising industry. In 2007, Danny started working with a large ground support provider at Sydney Airport. Danny soon identified the Airline Support Department as an area yet to be fully exploited at the company. His commitment to client satisfaction, and facilitating successful trips and disruption management for airlines, led to his promotion to head of the Airline Support Department. By 2012 Danny had transformed that department from a small side project to a flourishing and viable division within that company. Danny has been instrumental in winning Aero Adapt’s core client base and due to strong relationships, was also able to win the business of both Qantas Airways and Virgin Australia. Currently, Danny is completing his Masters of Aviation Management at UNSW. Danny is also a keen motor sport enthusiast, who can be found catching some waves during the Moto GP off-season.
